Frequently Asked Questions

SHIPPING

Where can my book be shipped?

Shipping is offered to customers everywhere in the United States. Please keep in mind that shipping costs to Canada are considerably higher than shipping within the U.S., but that I work with a Canadian distributor who can ship my books to your LYS. If you live in another part of the world and would like your own paperback copy of my book, please send me an email and I’ll let you know the shipping costs to your country. I’ll be glad to sign the book for you if you let me know your preference.

How will my book be shipped?

Your book will ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail, in a Padded Flat Rate envelope. If you don’t mind the week-long extra wait and prefer shipment via Media Mail, please send me a private message.

What if I want to order multiple copies?

I will gladly ship multiple copies of my books. One Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope will accommodate up to two (2) copies of A Head For Trouble, and three (3) copies of Knits That Breathe for $5.95 total, to ship within the U.S. only. Email me to let me know if you’d like more than three copies, and I’ll be happy to provide a shipping quote.

DOWNLOADABLE PATTERNS

When you purchase one of my downloadable patterns, after you complete your payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a link to click that will allow you to download the pattern instantly. The patterns are in PDF format, so you’ll need a copy of the free Adobe Reader to view them, which you can download here.

TRUNK SHOWS

If your LYS is interested in hosting a trunk show that features the projects from either A Head For Trouble or Knits That Breathe, please email me for all the details, including a copy of my Trunk Show Agreement.
